Cheryl is the author of Just Two Charm Pack Quilts, Just One Charm Pack Quilts, and Modern Plus Sign Quilts, published by C&T Publishing.

Yvonne (Quilting Jetgirl) is a modern quilt pattern designer and technical writer who specializes in curves, transparency effects, and bold geometric designs. Drawing on her engineering background, she creates thoughtfully constructed patterns with clear instructions and innovative piecing techniques. Her award-winning quilts have been featured in national and international publications and exhibitions.

Amber (Alderwood Studio) is a modern quilt pattern designer, fabric designer, author, and educator based in Portland, Oregon. Through Alderwood Studio and her Modern Makes Membership, she creates approachable, technique-driven patterns inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She also designs fabric for Riley Blake Designs.

Audrey (Cotton and Bourbon) is an award-winning modern quilt pattern designer whose contemporary work has been exhibited internationally. Known for structured geometric designs, precise piecing, and dense quilting, her quilts have been recognized at major shows including Quilt National, International Quilt Festival Houston, AQS QuiltWeek Paducah, and QuiltCon.

Brooke (Eudaimonia Studio) is a modern quilt pattern designer who blends philosophy and quilting to create meaningful, minimalist designs. Inspired by her study of secular philosophies such as Stoicism and Humanism, her work reflects themes of purpose, mindfulness, and human flourishing. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she balances creative entrepreneurship with mountain living.

Erin (Mija Handmade) is a modern quilt pattern designer creating bold patterns for bold beginners. She loves exploring new techniques and fresh color palettes, constantly stretching her creative skills through each new design. Erin lives in Colorado’s Front Range with her husband and two cats.

Holly (Holly Clark Designs) is a graphic designer and modern quilt pattern designer based in Winnipeg, Canada. With a background in fine arts and graphic design, she creates patterns that thoughtfully combine shape, color, and geometry. Her clear, well-structured instructions make her designs accessible to quilters looking to build skills with confidence.

Megan (Megan Collins Quilt Design) is a modern quilt pattern designer known for cheerful designs and instructive patterns for quilters of all levels. Originally from Iowa and now based in Texas, she especially loves scrappy quilts, shades of blue, and curved piecing.

Sarah Ruiz (Sarah Ruiz Quilts) is a modern quilt pattern designer and aerospace engineer based in Houston, Texas. Blending her technical expertise with artistic creativity, she designs bold, graphic quilts that are visually striking yet approachable to construct. Her work often features bright colors, clean lines, and thoughtful construction.

Sheri Cifaldi-Morrill (Whole Circle Studio) is a modern quilt pattern designer, educator, and award-winning quilter known for concept-driven designs rooted in her background as a graphic designer. Her work has received international recognition at QuiltCon, International Quilt Festival, AQS QuiltWeek Paducah, and through the Modern Quilt Guild. Through Whole Circle Studio, she self-publishes patterns and teaches nationally, empowering quilters to create meaningful, beautifully designed quilts.

Taylor Krz (Toad & Sew) is an illustrator, graphic designer, and modern quilt pattern designer based in Seattle, Washington. Through her brand Toad & Sew, she creates playful, geometric quilt patterns that combine bold shapes, intentional color palettes, and approachable construction.
